The value provided by Cara's true life science platform is sometimes hard for clients to quantify. To demonstrate this, Matador's team showcased an innovative improvement in the pharmacovigilance risk management plan (RMP) generation process using integrated business processes and Cara's advanced automation capabilities.

To credibly present Cara and the transformed RMP business process in Japanese requires our intimate knowledge of Japanese pharma's business processes as well as the regulatory and cultural constraints that they operate within. Then Matador's dedicated Cara presales team member has to configure and deploy the processes within our Cara demonstration environment.

Utilising our high-quality Japanese pharma database of almost three thousand contacts, Matador emailed Japanese invites to the safety and IT segments. Besides this Matador identified a hundred priority target contacts with whom we believed this content would resonate. For these priority contacts we called each of them, personally inviting as many of them as possible to attend.

The results were outstanding with twenty-nine registrations, of whom twenty five attended on the day. The attendees included five of Japan's largest pharmaceutical companies but most impressively, the majority of attendees remained actively involved for the full sixty minutes of the webinar.

At Matador we are acutely aware that post webinar activities are crucial for our success. Our follow-ups resulted in twelve participants requesting further information and at least one of those organisations has consequently started to pursue an in-depth review of Cara's pharmacovigilance capabilities.
