100 Webinar Attendees "Utilising Centralised Monitoring and RBQM to Maximise Data Quality to Deliver Successful Decentralised Clinical Trials"
Matador is delighted to report that attendance for our CluePoints webinar held on 23 March 2022, on the role of Centralised Monitoring and RBQM to maximize data quality to deliver successful decentralised trials had over 100 attendees from a wide array of both Japanese and global big pharma, CROs, and academic institutions. The event was hosted in Japanese and included the Matador CluePoints team presenting alongside Hiroko Tadano, the CluePoints Customer Success Director responsible for Japan.
To enhance turnout for the event, Matador's specialised in-house event registration team made hundreds of phone calls to potential participants. Moreover, Matador was able to supplement the CluePoints invitation with an additional two hundred new, unique contacts at the executive level in R&D at Japanese pharmas increasing the turnout with contacts that were cherry picked for their high potential for commercial activity.
The prospect of technological enablement of decentralised trials is as exciting for Japanese pharma as it is elsewhere in the world. Matador worked with the CluePoints team to create fantastic content in Japanese. Combined with Matador's event registration capabilities led by our co-founder Atsuyo, turnout was fantastic and was followed up with lots of genuinely interesting questions.
